What is Therapy?
Therapy is a non-judgmental, confidential process of discovery where you learn how to live in a way which is more satisfying and resourceful.
Time-Limited Counselling is solution focused and concerned with how current factors sustain problems and prevent change. The work is more proactive, directive and involves anything from 4 to 12 sessions.
Open ended Psychotherapy is based on an intentional relationship which aims to increase the individual’s sense of their own wellbeing. Psychotherapy aims to alleviate psychological distress through talking. A period of notice is generally agreed with regular progress reviews and feedback.
