Weight Maintenance Workshops

An interactive, educational programme designed specifically for women who want to maintain their weight and stop dieting forever. 
(This is not a weight loss programme.)

The course is designed to create experts able to manage their relationship with food because they know why and how. Each session builds on the next, incrementally adding skills and knowledge, which you are encouraged to explore and use at home and in your life. With professional support and guidance you can maximise your chances of sussesfully maintaining your weight and stop dieting.

Duration:     9 workshops of 90 minutes in small groups.

Comprises:

Orientation workshop
Phase 1:     Readiness; Motivation; Physiology and Education
Phase 2:     Adjusting; Managing Self & Others; Lapse Management
Follow up session (4 weeks later)

Personal 1:1 session (50 mins)

Cost: £175

Includes practical tasks, preparation for workshops and homeworks designed to challenge your individual relationship with food. We will use workbooks designed to take you through the prorogramme.

This is not a treatment. What you gain from this series of workshops is directly proportional to the effort and time you put in. Each workshop builds on earlier sessions. Being a part of a group can actively support you to achieve your goals and maintain the motivation required to make the changes you need.
